By accessing SVGN Systems ("the Company") services or using the Drill Protocol application, you acknowledge that survival training scenarios are educational simulations. You agree that you are solely responsible for your own safety and decision-making during and after any drill.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
SVGN Systems does not guarantee that the training scenarios will ensure survival in any real-world emergency. Drill Protocol is an educational tool, not a guarantee of preparedness.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SVGN SYSTEMS, ITS AFFILIATES, AGENTS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, SUPPLIERS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THIS SERVICE.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Estonia, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. However, by using this service in the United States, you explicitly waive your right to participate in any class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against SVGN Systems.
Drill Protocol offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed annually. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
You agree not to use Drill Protocol for any unlawful purposes, to reverse-engineer the application, or to distribute scenario content without written permission from SVGN Systems.
